Loyalty Program

General

EVERBEST FRIENDS Loyalty Program (“Program”) is a membership program offered by all brands under Everbest Group. By registering and participating in the Program, members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

Eligibility

  • Membership is free and available to registered customers of Everbest, EVB, & Tracce.

  • Each individual is allowed one (1) account under 1 Mobile Number & Email.

 

Membership

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.

  • Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information.

  • Everbest Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

 

Earning Points

  • Members earn rewards or points through eligible purchases and/or activities as determined by Everbest Group.

  • Points are credited after successful order completion and are not earned on canceled, returned, or refunded transactions.

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards can only be redeemed by the registered member.

  • Redemption is subject to product availability and follows the desired promotion's terms & conditions.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

  • Once redeemed, rewards cannot be reversed or refunded.

 

Points Expiry

  • Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.

  • Points expiry are not allowed to be extended.

  • Expired points will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

 

Tier & Benefits

  • Membership tiers and benefits are determined by Everbest Group and may vary based on purchase behavior or activity.

  • Tier status is reviewed periodically and may be upgraded or downgraded automatically.

 

Vouchers & Discounts

  • Loyalty vouchers are valid for one-time use only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable.

  • Voucher validity periods and conditions will be stated at issuance.

 

Program Changes & Termination

  • Everbest Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, rewards, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be published on the official website and take effect immediately.

 

Account Termination

  • Membership may be terminated if a member violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

  • Upon termination, all unused points and rewards will be forfeited.

 

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data collected through the Program will be processed in accordance with Everbest Privacy Policy.

  • By participating, members consent to the use of their data for Program administration and communication.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Data Privacy No. 27/2022 (PDP Law) for consent & data handling.
