How do I place an order on the EVB website?

Simply browse our collections, select the items you love, choose your size and color, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.

How do I use a promo code or voucher?

During checkout, you'll find a field to enter your promo code or voucher. Enter the code and click 'Apply' to see the discount reflected in your order total. Please note that promo codes cannot be combined and are subject to terms and conditions.

Are the prices on the website the same as in-store?

Prices on our website and in-store are generally the same. However, there may be exclusive online promotions or in-store offers that differ. Check both channels for the best deals.

How do I find my shoe size?

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure, we recommend measuring your feet and comparing with our size chart. You can also visit any Everbest store for a professional fitting.

Can I purchase items from the website and pick them up in-store?

Currently, we do not offer a click-and-collect service. All online orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. We are working on expanding our services and will update you when this option becomes available.

What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. We'll email you as soon as the item becomes available again. You can also check with our stores for in-store availability.

What are the shipping options available?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. Fill in the return/exchange request form

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Everbest products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase for assistance.
