Currently, we do not offer a click-and-collect service. All online orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. We are working on expanding our services and will update you when this option becomes available.
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. We'll email you as soon as the item becomes available again. You can also check with our stores for in-store availability.
Shipping
We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location. You can view the available shipping methods and estimated delivery times during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Currently, our online store ships within the country. For international orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of any damage. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. Once an order is in transit, the address cannot be changed.
Online Returns & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts may have different return conditions. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy page for full details.
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Fill in the return/exchange request form
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Everbest products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase for assistance.
