This website is operated by Everbest Group ("We"). By accessing and/or using the Site and conducting transactions, you ("User" or "Consumer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and legally binding agreement in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Scope of Services

We provide ecommerce web services through the site, including but not limited to:

  1. Product information;
  2. Ordering and payment;
  3. Delivery;
  4. Customer service.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

General Requirements

  1. Our working days are Monday to Friday GMT (UTC+07:00) 09.00 WIB to 18.00 WIB, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  2. For sales/order enquiries, kindly email us at customercare@everbestgroup.com with your order number.
  3. All enquiries (sales/order and payment verification) will be attended to within 48 hours during working days.
  4. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within the 48-hour time frame if you do not receive a reply as your email will be pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  5. All customers who have an account with us will automatically be added to our e-mailing list.

 

User Requirements

The User represents and warrants that they:

  1. Use the Site in good faith;
  2. Do not use the Site for any unlawful purposes.

The User is prohibited from:

  1. Using the Site for illegal activities;
  2. Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code;
  3. Infringing the intellectual property rights of others;

The User is responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy of the data provided.

Products and Pricing

Product information is presented as clearly and honestly as possible in accordance of Indonesia Law;

  1. Prices are subject to change at any time and will be displayed before the transaction is completed;
  2. Product availability is subject to stock availability.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing or product information errors, with prior notification to the Consumer.

 

Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

An order is deemed valid once payment has been received and verified;

  1. Payment methods are those available on the Site;
  2. Order cancellations are subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

 

Delivery

Delivery is conducted in accordance with a separate Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Shipping risks remain our responsibility until the goods are received by the Consumer, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

 

Returns and Refunds

Consumer rights relating to returns and/or refunds are governed by:

  1. The Consumer Protection Law; and
  2. The applicable Return & Refund Policy on the Site.

 

Personal Data Protection

The processing of users personal data is conducted in accordance with Laws in Indonesia, especially Personal Data Protection Law and The applicable Privacy Policy on the Site.

We are committed to safeguarding the security and confidentiality of Users' personal data as in accordance with the main law on consumer data protection in Indonesia, it is Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law).

Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing such content without our prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law:

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services or User access in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to any rights and obligations that have arisen prior to termination.

 

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be announced through the Site and shall take effect as of the stated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably through deliberation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be settled through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) or the competent District Court in Indonesia.
