Return Policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions for returns and refund services available on our website. By completing a transaction, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms.
Return Period
Consumers are entitled to submit a return request within these condition
- Return claims must be submitted within:
- 1 x 24 hours of receipt of the item (Instant & Same Day)
- 7 x 24 hours of receipt of the item (Regular)
- Applications submitted outside the deadline are considered invalid.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition as when it was received;
- The product has not been used, worn, or washed;
- All labels and/or seals (if any) are still properly attached;
- The product is returned in it’s original packaging;
- The consumer provides valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
- Giveaway items are not allowed to be returned
Return Request Procedure
To request a product return, consumers must contact us via email at customercare@everbestgroup.com and provide the following information:
- Order number;
- Reason for return;
- Supporting evidence (photos and unboxing videos of the product.
- Once the return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Products sent without prior return approval will not be processed. Returns can only be made if one of the following conditions is met:
- The item received is damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The item does not match the order
- The item does not function as intended
Other than the conditions above, the return request will be rejected.
Damaged, Defective, or Non-Conforming Products
Base on Indonesian Consumer Protection Law, if a consumer receives a product that is:
- Damaged;
- Defective due to manufacturing faults; or
- Not in accordance with the order,
- Consumers must contact us no later than 7 × 24 hours after receiving the product, accompanied by clear supporting evidence.
- We will conduct an inspection and provide a solution in the form of:
- Product replacement; or
- Refund,
- in accordance with mutual agreement and applicable laws and regulations.
Non-Returnable Products
For reasons of health, safety, and legal compliance, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Damage, used, worn;
- Product care kit that have been opened;
- Products purchased at special discounted prices;
- Gift cards & Giveaway.
Product Exchange
Product exchanges are conducted as follows:
- The consumer submits a return request in accordance with the applicable procedure;
- Once the return is approved, the consumer may place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the consumer of the refund approval status.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the consumer;
- The refund process is subject to the policies of the relevant bank or payment service provider;
- Processing time may vary and is beyond our control.

Verification Process
- Our team will inspect the returned item.
- The verification process takes a maximum of 3–7 business days.
- The verification decision is final and binding.
- REFUND / ITEM FORM
If the request is approved, then:
- The return can be in the form of:
- Replacement of the item
- Shopping voucher
- Refund
- Void Transaction
- The return method is determined entirely by us.
- The refund process takes a maximum of 7–14 business days from approval.
Return Cost
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change, add, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be effective upon posting on the website.
